The studio
One-person creator-tech product studio
One operator, three disciplines, five products — designed, built and run without a hand-off.
What the studio is
Eros is a one-person creator-tech product studio. Rather than take client or agency-for-hire work, the studio designs, builds, ships and operates its own products — currently five of them — across three disciplines: creator-tech, beauty-tech and automation.
Every product starts the same way: a manual, annoying, repetitive job hit first-hand, then turned into software worth paying for. Nothing here is a concept deck or a case study for someone else. It's shipped work with real users and real domains.
How it's built
One person runs the whole loop — research, design, engineering, launch, and the unglamorous operating that comes after. There are no hand-offs between a designer, a developer and an operator, because they're the same person, which keeps the taste consistent and the feedback cycle short.
That constraint is deliberate. A single operator with modern tooling and AI carrying the repetitive load can now ship and maintain a portfolio that used to need a small team — and can kill or reshape a product the moment it stops earning its place, without a committee.
Why three disciplines
The three pillars aren't a scattergun. Creator-tech is the home base — courses, agency operations and software for the people running creator businesses, drawn from operating one. Beauty-tech applies the same instinct for making opaque systems legible to a different audience. Automation is the connective tissue: the utilities that remove busywork across all of it.
The throughline is a bias toward removing friction someone actually feels — decoding a beauty label, converting a DM, posting the same clip six times, finding a new place — and handing back a single, confident action in its place.
