I'd rather ship than pitch.
I run Eros as a one-person product studio. Every product here started as a problem I hit myself — running creator operations, sorting through beauty labels, posting the same clip to six apps, getting somewhere new — and turned into something worth charging for.
I do the whole loop: research, design, engineering, launch and the unglamorous operating that comes after. No hand-offs, no committee. That's how five products get built and kept alive by one person.
